I am interested in this topic because I think that is an important thing that we don't realize sometimes, and that we all should work on that, apart from that I love growing mentally and with that, you can be happier every day, and grow as a person and with others. 

When you work on yourself you are better in all aspects, is easier to talk with others and make friends. 

Being constant isn't easy, but you won't improve yourself in just one day.

Every week I am going to post things like how to be more confident with yourself or things that will help to love yourself, starting today: 


7 days of self-care: 


Day 1: Today you are going to write a letter to someone that you want and have to forgive, and let the situation go. Once you have done this, you are going to feel different, with no resentment.


Day 2: Today you will tidy your space, and make it more comfortable (your room or whatever) that way you will feel better.


Day 3: Today is going to be a healthy day, you won't eat processed food, and you will do 30 minutes minimum of exercise.


Day 4: Today you are going to have a path, exfoliate your skin, and dedicate some time to skin care.


Day 5: Today's task is to write how you feel in the last weeks, and start journaling.


Day 6: Today you will write 10 things for which you are thankful.


Day 7: Today you are going to establish some objectives that you want to get in a short period.
