In today's blog, we will talk about how to be in peace with yourself

1. Stop comparing yourself: Compare yourself with others the only thing will bring you is feeling bad, the time that you invert comparing with others instead inverted for yourself. What can you do to improve who you are. No-one is perfect, and we all have issues and insecurities, so you don't have to compare to no-one.

2. Be grateful to you and your body: Be thankful, turns what you have in enough. When you focus on what you already have, we can feel better, because we will realize a lot of things that we have that maybe we aren't aware at the moment. Recognize what our body is able to do every day is important, and we don't realize if we don't think about it, we have to be thankful for what and who we are, every person have a different life. If you complain about it, the only thing you will get is get focus in the negative instead on the positive.

3. Invest time in yourself: This one may be one of the hardest work to do, but before being productive we have to be good, and around you too. You always will have benefits if you invert in yourself, because you are the most important person in your life. Just invert time in your objectives, in your goals, in your wellness, and in things that will make you better every day.

4. Forgive yourself: One exercise that you can do to forgive yourself, is look in the mirror and say: I forgive me for..., I love me because...

And you can repeat that with all the parts of your body that you criticize.

5. Listen to yourself: Listen and observe that you must heal and solve to let go of all that you carry and make you weight in your way, let go, release what does not let you move forward fluently. Don't ignore yourself, and take care of what makes you noisy. And start doing what you have to do to seek your well-being and the best for you.

6. Acceptance works:  We don't have the control about everything, the power to accept everything, although it's not what you want is so important for your mental health, life is easier when you accept that you don't have the control about everything.

7. Embrace your flaws: Every one has defects and qualities, which ones are your defects? Love them either way. To achieve that, you can write in your journal the things that you want to improve of yourself (without judging) that way you will see the improvement.
