SOME GOALS TO SET FOR 2023
1. Creating new habits: The only way to accomplish your goals is to create a new habit! Then this habit will turn into a lifestyle.
2. Getting rid of bad habits: For example, is your goal is to get fit, you may want to leave the habit of eating junk food every day
3. Staying consistent: After setting habits, the first reason why most people fail to achieve their goals is by not staying consistent! To see the result, we need time
4. Letting go of limiting Beliefs: What keeps us from going after our dreams and changing our life? Our limiting beliefs we have learned growing up.
5. Eliminating negative self-talk: Every time you talk bad of yourself, you are attracting and reflecting this negative part, instead try to tall good to yourself, do your vibes will increase.
6. Practicing mindfulness and intentional living: That means live with a porpoise, and you have to know what do you want, so you can focus on that.
7. Moving your body: You can establish goals for start moving your body, but it willl help having more energy and feeling healthy.
- 8. Reading self-help books: Read that kind of books can help, improving your self-esteem and can help too how to learn to establish habits.
- 9. Prioritise happiness: Try to enjoy more every moment, and care less about small things that maybe don't have that much of importance.
- 10. Do a meditation every day: That will help you to sleep better, to reduce the anxious, and spend time with yourself.
- 11. Spend less time on social media: Maybe you can establish time limit, that will help you to have more time for your self, and don't be dependent to the phone.
- 12. Build a relationship with yourself:You have to know that you are going to live with yourself the rest of your life, and is better having a good relationship than avoiding that part.
- 13. Spiritual growth: That can be either establishing a relationship with God, or just learn more about the vibes and that kind of things.
